In order to apply you must have : Previous Housekeeping experience desirable but not essential Ability to work under pressure within a busy and demanding luxury hotel environment Basic English skills A cheerful personality with effective customer care awareness Both mid-week, weekends and shift work is required based on business levels Duties will include : Cleaning & preparation of rooms to a five star standards Cleaning other areas as required by Executive Housekeeper To report any occupied rooms that have not been used To report guest comments or complaints To carry out any other duties as required Ideally, the successful candidate will have worked in housekeeping in a similar five star environment, have excellent attention to detail and is able work both as part of a team and by themselves.
