Site Manager (Glazing)

Location : Dublin & Surrounding Areas

Our client is a leading specialist in glazing and façade solutions, delivering high-quality installations across commercial and residential projects. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a highly motivated Site Manager to oversee our glazing installation projects across Dublin and surrounding regions.

The Role

As Site Manager, you’ll take full ownership of on-site activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise glazing installation works on-site from start to completion.
  • Enforce and uphold the highest standards of health and safety at all times.
  • Coordinate daily operations of on-site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Conduct quality control inspections to ensure installation meets project specifications.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, main contractors, and internal teams.
  • Track project progress and provide regular updates to the Contracts Manager.
  • Ensure all work complies with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Site Manager, Foreman, or similar role in glazing, curtain walling, or a related trade.
  • Strong understanding of glazing systems and installation processes (preferred but not essential).
  • Demonstrated commitment to health and safety practices on construction sites.
  • Proven leadership and team coordination experience.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to interpret and work from technical drawings and specifications.
  • Full, clean driver’s license.
  • Valid Safe Pass and Manual Handling certifications (required).
