We are currently seeking a highly motivated Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team in Arklow, Co. Wicklow with two days per week outreach work in our Dublin services.
Contract Type : Fixed term post for 2 years.
Contract Hours : 37.5 hours per week.
Salary Scale : €54,209 – €64,461 pro rata per annum.
Salary scales are subject to LSI's (Long Service Increments).
Annual Leave Entitlement : 34 days per annum.
Overview of the Post : This specialist role will encompass a major clinical focus, which comprises of assessment, planning, delivery and evaluation of care given to Service Owners and their families.
The post holder will provide direct nursing care and support to Adult Day Services in the region in the areas of complex care and behaviours of concern.
They will also provide clinical supervision to nursing staff across the region and at satellite sites as assigned, supporting up to date clinical practice, and develop and deliver bespoke and clinical training programmes as identified with service managers, assuring the competence of healthcare professionals and support staff.
