Senior Production Support Analyst

Investment Bank - Senior Production Support - Risk & Regulatory Tech A leading global investment bank is seeking a Senior Production Support Analyst to join its Risk & RegTech team.

This role supports key systems across liquidity, market risk, and regulatory reporting, ensuring high availability and rapid issue resolution in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities : Provide hands-on support for complex risk and finance applications.

Manage incidents, troubleshoot performance issues, and drive root cause analysis.

Collaborate with dev and infrastructure teams to maintain platform stability.

Enhance monitoring (ITRS) and automate recurring tasks (Python, Shell).

Support system releases and deployment activities.

Skills : Experience in supporting client applications and close interaction with the business users and application teams within financial industry, and preferably in the risk space.

Good Knowledge of supporting a heterogeneous environment with in-house solutions based in Java, UNIX Shell scripts, Perl, Python, .NET and IIS.

Good knowledge of UNIX and Windows operating.

Good knowledge of Sybase, SQL Server, or similar DBMS.
