What you’ll do

As a Senior Acquisition Sales Manager in Vodafone Business, you will take on a pivotal leadership role, shaping Vodafone Ireland’s Mobile Acquisition Strategy, leading a team of passionate and experienced Acquisition sellers to achieve Mobile Acquisition success in the market for Vodafone.

You will be responsible for building a pipeline of Strategic Mobile Acquisition targets across both Enterprise and SME, shaping Vodafone’s Mobile Acquisition proposition ensuring it is uniquely compelling, and meets / exceeds the needs of our target customers.

In this Senior leadership position, you will be responsible for setting strategic sales goals and leading your team to achieve them. You will collaborate closely with the Vodafone SLT and various departments, including marketing, product development, delivery, commercial and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies. Your role will involve mentoring and guiding sales team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Additionally, you will analyse market trends and customer feedback to refine sales approaches and drive innovation within the team.

Your leadership will be instrumental in achieving annual sales targets and contributing to the overall success of Vodafone Business.

Who you are

  • Senior Sales Manager with 5+ years of experience in strategic complex Telco sales roles in highly competitive environments
  • Proven track record and success in Mobile Acquisition Sales
  • Strong business acumen, presentation, and leadership skills
  • Deep understanding of ICT and digital transformation
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to identify and develop relationships with senior stakeholders across target customers
  • Achievement and success-driven personality, motivated by exceeding annual sales goals
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach to driving sales initiatives
  • Experience in leading and mentoring sales teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture
  • Ability to analyse market trends and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement and innovation
