HR Business Partner (Ireland)

We are currently looking for an HR Business Partner, a "team strategist" who understands business and knows how to use HR tools to solve team problems. If there is no such thing as an unsolvable problem for you and if you know how to build honest, trusting relationships with employees, we'd love to hear your story.

Tasks

  • Taking care of employees during periods of change and helping them adapt to new company initiatives
  • Creating a positive atmosphere where everyone feels included in our corporate culture
  • Sharing important knowledge and tools for working with employees with company managers
  • Participating in mandatory corporate procedures when necessary
  • Collaborating with other departments (GHRR, Accounting) to ensure harmonious work within the company

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in an HR position
  • Advanced level of English
  • You reside in Ireland and are willing to visit our Dublin office
  • Knowledge and understanding of the specifics of Irish labor legislation
  • Very strong communication and counseling skills (tactfulness, work ethic, and respect for confidential information)
  • Ability to take initiative, stay organized, and work well in a team
  • Ability to communicate and defend your point of view

    • Preferred

  • Experience working for IT or product-based companies in Ireland
  • Experience working on multinational teams (global teams)
  • Knowledge of Russian
