Job description

We are looking for a Part-time Dining room assistant to join our team in Dublin 03

Working pattern : Monday to Friday 10 : 00-14 : 00

  • Christmas Day and Easter Sunday is a working day

Job description

  • Service of food and / or beverages to customers to the standards set by the company
  • Cleaning duties associated with service and related equipment and / or furniture.
  • Preparation of service area and / or service points.
  • Correct storage of food items and equipment after service.
  • Maintain personal hygiene, appearance, and uniform to company regulations always.
  • To always present an image conducive to good customer relations.
  • Comply and assist in the promotion and implementation of the company's health and safety and equal opportunity policy
  • Carry out all cleaning duties according to the cleaning rota.
  • Ensuring all crockery and cooking utensils are stored on clean shelves and in clean cupboards / drawers.
  • Ensuring that all storage areas are maintained to a high level of cleanliness.

    Requirements

  • Experience in a similar role essential
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Good understanding of English language
  • Working knowledge of food hygiene and HACCP
  • Keen interest in developing food preparation skills and culinary knowledge
  • Garda vetting required
