What the day will look like In this role, you will be part of ACIA's Product Analytics department, dedicated to delivering insight and innovation through data, analytics, engagement, and consultancy services to our clients, colleagues, and carrier partners.
You will lead the delivery of high-value analytics projects using Aon's suite of analytical tools (PowerBI, Tableau, Alteryx, etc.
supported by our data warehouse (MS SQL Server, Databricks, Redshift, Snowflake, etc.
How this opportunity is different Every day as a Data Analyst can be different : you will have exposure to various tasks and will work closely with different teams on projects.
You will be supported by several teams of experts, who learn and upskill daily through our in-house academy designed to share knowledge and stay innovative.
The role is intellectually challenging and involves continuous delivery in a fast-paced environment.
You will support other analysts by implementing best practices in analytics, sharing knowledge, mentoring, and formal training.
You will also become an expert in new technologies introduced across Aon and ACIA by upskilling through focused training and self-learning.
Participate in and contribute to our Data Analyst Chapter forums and activities.
Skills and experience that will lead to success 2+ years' experience working in an analytics role or similar in the tech industryExperience designing and developing analytical capabilities within product teamsStrong working knowledge of SQL and proficiency in querying databases such as AWS, Snowflake, SQL Server, Databricks, etc.Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical analyses clearly to diverse audiencesA degree (or equivalent) in IT, Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, or Computer Science would be advantageousHow we support our colleagues In addition to our comprehensive benefits, we promote an inclusive workforce.
