Our client, a prestigious and long established Irish financial brokerage firm, is seeking a motivated and experienced Financial Advisor to join their team. The Job Manage and nurture relationships with an existing client base while actively seeking new business opportunities. Conduct regular financial reviews with clients, providing comprehensive advice on retirement planning, investments, and insurance products. Develop and maintain a robust prospect pipeline, aiming to expand the client base and achieve sales targets. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain high standards of client records on the CRM system. Network internally and externally to enhance business development and maintain the brand's integrity. The Candidate Bachelors degree in business, finance, or a related field is desirable. Essential qualifications include QFA, with RPA, AIIPM, and CFP being desirable. Minimum of 4 years of sales experience in the Life and Pensions industry, preferably within a broker environment. Proven track record in achieving annual sales targets and a strong understanding of relevant regulatory requirements. Excellent interpersonal skills, professional demeanor, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
