- Lead the technical design and implementation of digital workshop solutions, including vehicle diagnostics and workshop management products
- Build and guide a highly motivated development team to deliver scalable, reliable, and high-performance platform components
- Develop and maintain APIs for seamless integration with various workshop management systems and third-party services, implement data analytics capabilities to provide actionable insights for workshop owners and managers
- Collaborate with product managers to translate business requirements into technical specifications and features, establish and enforce coding standards, best practices, and technical documentation requirements
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation
- Participate in strategic technical decision-making processes and provide input on technology choices, work directly with partners and customers to understand and address their technical needs
- Stay current with emerging technologies (such as AI) and industry trends, recommending adoptions when beneficial, manage technical debt and drive continuous improvement of the platform architecture
- Support sales and customer success teams with technical expertise during sales and implementation processes, ensure compliance with security standards and data protection regulations
Your profile as Lead Engineer - Digital Workshop Solutions :
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience8+ years of software development experience, with at least 3 years in a technical leadership roleStrong experience in designing and implementing scalable, high-performance software systemsExpertise in API development and integration with third-party servicesProficiency in relevant programming languages and frameworks (NodeJS, UI React, Cloud Native)Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and containerization technologies, knowledge of data analytics tools and techniques for deriving actionable insightsStrong understanding of software development best practices, including CI / CD, testing, and documentationProven leadership experience with a track record of building and mentoring high-performing teamsWhy you should choose ZF?
