We are opening an exciting new venue this autumn in the heart of Dublin city. Currently we are building our Kitchen team and are recruiting experienced Commis Chefs Chef de Partie's Kitchen Porters Commis Chef's role will include Assisting in the food preparation process Cooking and preparing elements of high quality dishes Preparing vegetables, meats and fish Assisting other Chefs Helping with deliveries and restocking Assisting with stock rotation Cleaning stations Contributing to maintaining kitchen and food safety standards. Chef de Partie requirements Haccp trained Maintain a high quality of our menu and its presentation Assist our head chef with the overall running of the kitchen Be efficient and have a proven ability to work under pressure Ensures our dishes go to the customer in a timely manner 2+ years experience in a similar role of a busy kitchen environment is essential with a drive and enthusiasm to learn Works well in a team and a busy kitchen Kitchen Porter position will include : Carrying out basic cleaning tasks as fast as possible. Collecting and washing up pots and pans. Cleaning crockery & cutlery and ensuring food preparation sites are clean and ready. Unloading equipment and food from deliveries. Ensuring the storeroom remains organised. Making sure work surfaces, floors and walls are always clean and sanitised.
