Business Development Manager

In Ireland, Neoen owns a portfolio of eight wind farms totalling 53 MW and 3 solar farms totalling 58 MWp.

We are currently constructing another 100 MWp of solar and have a pipeline of 1.7 GW in development across wind, solar and BESS.

Our Development Team is looking for a Business Development Manager.

Reporting to the Head of Business Development, you will be responsible for the development of a portfolio of wind, solar, and battery storage projects, from identifying the site to securing the land and the permits until handover to the Construction team.

The main tasks include :

Prospection of new sites for the development of projects;Analysis of the electrical network infrastructures to facilitate the interconnection of the projects;Development of plans to lead or assist with landowner negotiations (on site, road access, cable, and overhead line wayleaves, etc.

External stakeholder management including landowners, local communities, local authorities, and elected representatives;Oversight of third-party partners and providers of technical services;Management of the planning process and grid connection process;Management of financial models supporting the business case of projects;Assist with the identification of routes to market for the various technologies.Support the Construction and Asset management teams;Adherence to Health & Safety procedures;Regular management reporting.
