Credit Controller - Permanent - Dublin 18

Credit Controller Sandyford, Dublin 18 Permanent Salary : €40,000 - €45,000 Hybrid Working after probation My client is seeking to appoint an experienced Credit Controller on a permanent basis. Candidates will need to have a strong Credit Control background with at least three years relevant experience. A good working knowledge of Excel is required. Hybrid working will commence after the initial probation period. Key Responsibilities : Oversee all aged balances across our broad customer base including B2B and B2C. Process cash allocations and manage direct debits via SEPA / GoCardless / Stripe. Track bounced payments and ensure prompt follow up. Work closely with the finance team and the business to ensure that any issues in terms of billing or otherwise is promptly actioned to resolve issues. Collaborate closely with our outsourced credit control partner daily. Engage with customers in a professional, friendly manner to foster strong relationships. Implement and track KPIs for credit control. Demonstrate a keen interest for process improvement across credit control and also company wide with the Lean Culture Key Skills : 3+ years experience in a credit control role with a track record of success in a fast-paced environment. Strong multitasking skills and problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused mindset. Proven ability to meet and exceed KPIs. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
