They’re now seeking a Finance Manager to lead their day-to-day financial operations and support strategic planning within a close-knit, office-based team.

Location : Dublin

With an early start and early finish (Monday–Thursday : 8am–4 : 30pm, Friday : 8am–4pm), this role offers a great work-life balance – especially for someone who enjoys working on-site in a collaborative environment.

About the Role

You'll be responsible for managing all aspects of day-to-day finance, reporting, compliance, and supporting external accountants and auditors.

• Oversee ledger management and supplier / subcontractor accounts
• Prepare monthly accounts : accruals, prepayments, reconciliations, intercompany charges
• Manage VAT, PAYE, and RCT returns
• Liaise with external accountants, auditors, and Revenue
• Support project costing, budgeting, and forecasting (incl. cash flow management)
• Assist with year-end processes : P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements
• Ensure accuracy of records and resolve discrepancies
• Collaborate with site and office teams across departments
