About the Company We are a leading construction firm operating across Ireland, the UK, and Northern Europe, specializing in critical environments such as Data Centres, Life Sciences, and High-Value Manufacturing. Our focus is on delivering complex, high-quality projects with innovation and compliance. The Role As a Commercial Business Partner, you will analyse financial data and support project reporting to help identify risks and opportunities. Youll work closely with Accounting and Commercial teams and manage subcontractor financial processes across the Group. Key Responsibilities Project Performance : Lead monthly project performance reviews, analyze financial variances, prepare Work in Progress and accrual figures, and support consistent reporting of Cost Value Reports. Data Analysis : Build and maintain data dashboards (Power BI or similar), conduct market analysis and tender tracking, and provide insightful reporting at company and project levels. Subcontractor Management : Manage subcontractor onboarding, compliance, payments, and ledger maintenance ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Other Duties : Support ESG / CSRD compliance reporting, assist bid teams with tenders, manage bond facilities, complete CSO returns, and contribute to insurance renewal processes. What Were Looking For Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or related field; professional certification (ACCA, ACA) preferred. Minimum 3 years in a commercial finance role, ideally within construction or a cross-functional commercial finance environment. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and collaboratively. Proficient in Excel; experience with Power BI or similar analytics tools is desirable.
