ABOUT THE JOB : As a Customer Delivery Planner at Harvey Norman, you play a key role in creating exceptional customer service experiences that contribute to making Harvey Norman a great place to shop. Youll be responsible for coordinating home delivery orders, managing store requisitions, and overseeing branch transfers to ensure smooth and efficient operations. YOUR JOB your tasks will include : Entering / Updating orders onto the planning system. Assigning delivery date & time to orders. Assigning orders to vehicles. Plan deliveries / vehicles to the most efficient route. Preparing daily vehicle run sheets. Communicating daily run sheet data to relevant warehouse and driver. Resolve any delivery or collection issues in the most efficient way possible whilst always maintaining the highest level of service. Driver liaison and delivery confirmation. Working with the Harvey Norman Customer Service Team on delivery queries. Ensure the companys disciplinary codes and policies are adhered to at all times. To consider and maintain cost effectiveness at all times. Identify problems early and respond in a timely fashion. Administrative & Organisational Skills. Communication Skills. Problem Solving. Desirable Experience : Previous experience in retail logistics or delivery coordination role. This role is based onsite in St. Margarets Road, Newtown, Dublin. We need employees to be flexible about when they work, covering store opening hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays. The successful candidate will be required to attend a company induction day in Dublin City Centre.
