We are looking for Full-time Chef de Partie to join out team in Donegal
Working Pattern : Monday to Thursday 7 am to 3 pm, and Friday 7 am to 2 pm.

Job description :
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring exceptional food quality, presentation, and portion control
- Plan and engineer weekly menus on a monthly cycle, using fresh local produce
- Maintain tight stock control and food costings, keeping GP% targets on track.
- Lead by example on food safety, hygiene and compliance, including full kitchen documentation
- Train new team members on kitchen standards and procedures
- Handle client interactions professionally, managing compliments and complaints within agreed timeframes
- Keep all areas clean, secure and compliant with health & safety and audit requirements
Qualifications and Experience
Proven experience working in a busy kitchen environmentRecognised professional culinary qualificationStrong knowledge of kitchen health & safety, legislation and HACCPConfident with costing, menu planning and stock managementCalm under pressure, with excellent organisational and multi-tasking skillsA true team player who can also work independently and take initiativeStrong relationship and people management skillsWe are looking forward to hear from you.
