As the Business Intelligence & Insights Manager, you'll lead a talented team of analysts and data scientists to deliver high-impact insights, dashboards, and reports that drive smarter decisions and ensure regulatory compliance.

This is a 12 month contract under a hybrid model, 2 / 3 days a week onsite.

Key Responsibilities

As a senior member of the team, you will :

Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team of data analysts, data scientists, and QA analysts.

Design and manage robust MI and reporting frameworks that provide actionable insights into financial crime trends and operational performance.

Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders to deliver timely, accurate, and relevant MI outputs.

Oversee the development of dashboards, visualisations, and presentations that clearly communicate complex data to diverse audiences.

Ensure data integrity through the implementation of rigorous QA processes and standards.

What We're Looking For

Essential Skills & Experience :

Proven experience managing teams across data analysis, data science, and quality assurance.

Strong technical expertise in : Data manipulation & ETL (e.g., SQL, Python) Data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) Solid understanding of QA methodologies in a data environment.

Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.

Desirable Attributes :

A knack for simplifying complex processes and driving efficiency.

Experience in coaching and developing high-performing teams.

Strong analytical mindset with a focus on insight generation and stakeholder engagement.
