We are conveniently located next to the Airport and just five minutes from the M1 and M50. We are recruiting for a Reservations Executive. The Reservations Office at the Carlton Hotel Dublin Airport is one of the main liaison points between guests / clients and the Hotel, as well as working closely with other Hotel departments. You will be dealing with high volumes of reservations and reservations-related enquiries, such as for bedroom and meeting room bookings. The Reservations operation has a significant bearing on our guests' / clients impression of the Hotel, so all enquiries must always be dealt with in a friendly but professional, comprehensive and efficient manner. We are currently recruiting for an experienced Reservations Executive to join our busy Reservations Team. You will be genuinely caring and have very strong organisational and interpersonal skills, key to this important customer-facing / interfacing role.
