Duties and Responsibilities of the Role :
Assist the F&B Duty Manager with the smooth running of the Hotel restaurants
Providing excellent customer service
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, health and safety
Ensure the all outlets open and close on time and are ready to greet guests / customers
Assist in the induction and training of new staff, providing shadowing shifts
Follow all Till and Cashing up procedures and ensure all staff are following them correctly
Ensure stock rotation occurs and stock is 'held' in the correct manner, recording any wastage
Attend relevant staff meetings
Ensure all food & beverage requests are billed correctly
Adhere to all regulations in respect of health and safety
Any other duties as directed by the F&B Duty Manager and any other manager
Requirements of the role :
Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or events industry
Strong organisational and leadership skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Familiarity with health and safety regulations related to events
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
Customer-focused mindset and dedication to delivering exceptional service
