This is a front-of-house role offering excellent exposure to a dynamic business environment in the heart of the city. You will act as the first point of contact for the company, delivering a friendly and efficient welcome to clients, visitors, and staff. Alongside managing a busy switchboard, you will support day-to-day administrative operations across the business. Key Responsibilities : Manage the reception desk and switchboard, ensuring all visitors and callers receive a professional and courteous welcome. Oversee the presentation of the reception area and meeting rooms, ensuring a clean and organised environment. Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements for staff. Handle daily administrative duties including post, couriers, taxi bookings, stationery orders, scanning, filing, franking, and label printing. Provide ongoing support to internal teams and respond to ad-hoc management requests. Candidate Profile : The ideal candidate will be an experienced receptionist or administrative professional who thrives in a busy, people-focused environment. You are reliable, personable, and bring a high level of professionalism to your work. Requirements : Previous experience in a Reception and / or Administrative role. Excellent written and spoken English. Strong communication skills and a confident telephone manner. High attention to detail with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Exposure to basic finance administration is a plus. Discreet, trustworthy, and comfortable handling confidential information. Friendly and approachable with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
