The Harcourt Hotel are seeking - FULL TIME / PERMANENT ROLES - Experienced LAUNDRY ASSISTANT Immediate starts available and paid work trials STARTING JULY 2025 - VERY COMPETITIVE RATES SHIFTS : 8.00am - 5.00pm Monday to Saturday / Sunday 9.00am - 5.30pm Flexible Shifts available based on 5 days per week - will include weekends 40 hrs per week Key Responsibilities of this role are : To service high volume linen and towels across 3-properties in a purpose built Laundry setting Operating equipment / appliances and working in a Team of 6 Manual handling and use of electrical / gas operated equipment / appliances - rollers, washers. dryers, irons and presses Rotation of duties and full training in use of all appliances Fold, package and stack all laundered linen / towels to be distributed across the hotel operations To carry out duties as required within the laundry setting The ideal candidate for this position : Must have previous successful experience as a Laundry / Accommodation Assistant / Linen Porter in a similar setting Must have a professional and friendly approach Must be team player and have the ability to multi task and rotate duties Must have excellent attention to detail and physical ability to carry out the duties Must have excellent time keeping skills Good level of spoken English is required PAID WORK TRIALS AND IMMEDIATE STARTS AVAILABLE - FULL TIME / PART TIME PERMANENT ROLES Skills : Hotel Cleaning Housekeeping Cleaning public areas Laundry Linen service
