Key Responsibilities : Lead daily operations of the hotels main restaurant, ensuring top-tier service and a memorable guest experience Manage, motivate, and train the front-of-house team to deliver excellence at every service Work closely with the Head Chef and F&B Manager to coordinate menus, service flow, and guest satisfaction Drive service standards, handle guest feedback, and maintain a strong floor presence Manage rosters, cost control, and staff development to ensure operational efficiency Uphold all health & safety and hygiene standards in line with hotel and legislative guidelines The Ideal Candidate : Minimum 23 years' experience as Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager in a quality 4
