About the Role
The Project Manager will oversee and manage the complete project lifecycles within Tate. The Project Manager will ensure timely and quality project completion of Tate product installations across Data Centres within Europe. This role's focus is to manage clients on-site from a technical perspective. This involves travelling on-site, meeting with installers of Tate products, doing safety workshops and site inspections followed up by site reports. On the other hand, another main focus of the role is managing deliveries, and coordinating with supply partners and customers on site. These two aspects involve problem solving and uncovering creative solutions, managing internal processes and providing technical support, all while maintaining high customer satisfaction and supporting Tate's commitment to sustainability and continuous improvement.

As the Project Manager, you will be pivotal in driving the success of our division. You will actively liaise with our key supply partners and develop robust internal relationships and strategies to ensure the seamless completion of complex and multifaceted projects. This role demands strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and expertise in end-to-end project management. Your critical thinking and natural analytical abilities will allow you to predict challenges, mitigate project and business risks, and minimize any obstacles to maintain exceptional customer satisfaction. Qualifications, Experience & Skills
Education : Bachelor's degree in business, Industrial Design, Engineering, Construction Studies, or a related discipline, providing a strong foundation in technical and managerial aspects.

Adaptability : Being able to adapt to client's needs, project specific situations, and unforeseen circumstances or new types of requests.
International Travel : Willingness and ability to travel internationally (15-25%) to oversee projects, engage with global partners, and ensure successful project execution across different locations.
