Paediatric Community Nurse - Castleknock

Clarity are currently recruiting for a paediatric community nurse based in Castleknock Dublin West

Hours :  Part-time (Monday To Friday) 10.30 - 2.30pm - 20hrs per week

Responsibilities include

• Catheter to be flushed on a daily basis
• Manage enteral feeding and medication
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Provide excellent evidence-based nursing care, implementing all aspects of care plans based on the needs identified.
• Prioritise the needs and comfort of the client.
• Promote abilities, independence, and safeguard the client’s interests at all times
• Work closely in partnership with family members and the clinical team
• Communicate effectively with the client, family, clinical team, and MDT, reporting on the client’s clinical needs as required.
• Maintain accurate and professional clinical note
