THE ROLE Twinlite are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant. They will support the Finance team by performing essential accounting tasks and assist with various accounting processes relating to our property management and development business. This role offers an excellent opportunity for growth and development within the finance field of the real estate industry. RESPONSIBILITIES Supporting the accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including managing vendor and client accounts Performing data entry, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of the data. Assisting with month-end reporting requirements. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation. Collaborating with team members to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Performing other related duties as assigned by the Financial Controller. REQUIREMENTS Qualified Accounting Technician (ATI) with a minimum 2years post qualification experience. Experience within the property management / real estate development business is preferred but not essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel is required. Proficiency in Sage Line 50 is preferred but not required if proficient in similar accounting software. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping. Excellent organisational and time management skills with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
