Your new company

One of Ireland’s largest financial companies with over 200 locations nationwide, which provides a diverse range of services in banking, financial and related services, is currently seeking a PMO Admin to work within a busy branch located in Dublin.

Your new role

  • Support the organisation of the Value Management Committee governance meetings, attendees, agenda pack and minutes, ensuring papers are communicated in a timely manner and business cases adhere to the VMC requirements in order to be presented for approval to the committee.
  • Provide focused details such as spend, budget, framework and commitments ensuring adherence to the Delegated Expenditure Authority Limit policy and VMC term of reference.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Actively engage with project / programme stakeholders such as Portfolio Directors, Project Managers, Programme Lead and Senior Business Sponsors to ensure clear communication on the VMC requirements, process for approval and outcome / actions.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with all stakeholders ensuring all queries are responded to in a timely and professional manner.
