Crown Decorating Centre Manager - Naas Rd, Dublin We currently have a hugely exciting opportunity for a Crown Decorating Centre (CDC) Manager in our Naas RdDC. The Role : - Lead, coach and motivate the team to achieve and exceed sales targets

• Overall management of all sales and operational matters within the store, including stock management
• Ensuring Company policies, procedures and controls are adhered to within the store
• Consistently deliver excellent customer service
• Developing effective working relationships at all levels, internally and externally

Your Profile : - Proven track record of exceeding sales through customer service and coaching
