Job description Business Development Manager Department : Woodside Tankfreight Location : Field based to cover Ireland & Northern Ireland Responsible to : Managing Director Office Locations : Dublin and Ballynure Job Overview : Woodside Tankfreight specializes in the transport of bulk powders, liquids, and gases across the UK and Ireland. Known for our expertise, reliability, and customer-centric approach, we are looking for an experienced business development professional to join our team. As Business Development Manager, you will maintain existing customer relationships while strategically identifying new business opportunities. This role requires a self-starter with the tenacity to seek new business, the patience to manage long sales cycles, and the attention to detail to deliver tailored solutions. Ideally, you will have a proven track record in business development within the tanker industry, though strong experience in the broader haulage industry will also be considered. If you excel at balancing relationship management with growth, this is your opportunity to make a lasting impact. Essential criteria Demonstrated success in business development and account management in Ireland. Experience in the haulage or transport sector.
