Job Title : Site Manager Location : Co. Mayo, Ireland Salary : €75,000 - €80,000 + Vehicle & Benefits Project : Children's Day Centre Development (18 months) Contract Type : Full-time, Permanent Sector : Healthcare / Community Development A well-established main contractor is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the delivery of a new-build community development project in Co. Mayo. The scheme, valued at approximately €4.7 million, will be delivered over an 18-month programme and will require a hands-on manager with a proven track record in quality delivery and team leadership. Responsibilities include : Full site management responsibility from site setup through to handover. Oversee day-to-day operations and manage site personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers. Ensure the project runs in accordance with the programme, budget, and health & safety regulations. Liaise with the Contracts Manager, client representatives, and design team to ensure smooth progress. Monitor quality control and ensure all works are completed to specification and to the highest standard. Requirements : 5+ years experience in a Site Manager role for a main contractor. Previous experience delivering public or community-based projects is desirable. Strong knowledge of Irish building regulations and health & safety legislation. SMSTS or equivalent, valid CSR / CSCS card. Excellent organisational and communication skills.
