Key Responsibilities :
- Manage daily F&B operations, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction.
- Lead, train, and motivate the F&B team to uphold high service standards.
- Monitor inventory, control costs, and ensure efficient departmental operations.
- Drive sales through expert knowledge of food, beverages, wine, and cocktails.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and quality standards at all times.
- Resolve guest concerns and exceed expectations to ensure repeat business.
The Ideal Candidate :
