Directorate Nurse Manager (Grade VIII) - EASM CLINICAL DIRECTORATE

The DNM in partnership with the Clinical Director and Operations Manager form the Directorate Senior Management Team. This team works with other directorate teams to ensure the delivery of the hospital’s objectives.

The post-holder will provide strategic clinical and professional leadership (in conjunction with the Clinical Director and Operations Manager) and play a key role in the delivery of operational performance targets, waiting list and financial management and bed utilisation / management. The post-holder will also provide the strategic direction for the future development of nursing within the Directorate, including the development of nurse led initiatives, research and practice development.
