Group Financial Controller International eCommerce | Dublin (Hybrid) We're seeking an experienced Group Financial Controller for a high-growth, international eCommerce business who are backed by significant investment to fuel the next phase of expansion.

As GFC you will lead core financial operations across multiple entities (Ireland, UK, Spain, Germany), manage a growing finance team, and play a central role in driving process improvement and financial integrity group-wide.
This is a hands-on, strategic role with the opportunity to make a real impact in a complex, multi-jurisdictional environment.
What Youll Be Doing : Leading month-end close for Irish and UK entities, including journals, reconciliations, and group consolidation Preparing and reviewing consolidated P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow across the group Coordinating with outsourced providers on accounting for Spanish and German cost centres Managing working capital and driving cash flow forecasting Overseeing multi-currency transactions and FX impact management Driving cost management initiatives and department-level budget ownership Leading AP, AR, payroll, general ledger, and intercompany processes Ensuring group-wide compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and statutory requirements Owning VAT / GST and indirect tax compliance across jurisdictions Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of 5 finance professionals Identifying and implementing process automation and efficiency improvements What You Bring : Professional accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) 57 years post-qualification experience, ideally in a similar international or group-level role Strong background in Irish / UK legal entity accounting; experience with international structures a bonus Demonstrated leadership in finance team management Solid understanding of indirect tax across multiple jurisdictions Strong ERP skills (Xero, NetSuite, SAP, etc.)
