Project Manager – Residential / Mixed-Use Construction
Location : Wicklow
Key Responsibilities :
- End-to-end project management from enabling works through to handover
- Liaise with architects, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors
- Programme planning, tracking progress, and ensuring project milestones are met
- Manage budgets, procurement, and cost control
- Ensure quality standards and compliance with building regulations
- Oversee on-site HSE in conjunction with safety team
- Lead site teams and promote a culture of accountability and excellence
