Deputy Operations Manager

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Operations Lead to join a dynamic team in a heavy industrial and logistics-based environment has arisen. This role is ideal for professionals with strong leadership capabilities and a hands-on approach to operational excellence. This is an onsite permanent position based in Dublin .

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and manage cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operational delivery

Oversee multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise effectively

Analyse data and performance metrics to inform decision-making

Support and influence financial & commercial operations, including exposure to P&L

Drive and embed change initiatives across the business

Continuously enhance documentation and process management systems

Strategically plan for external factors

Key Criteria :

Min 5 + years of operations lead experience

Energetic, proactive, and enthusiastic with a modern leadership approach

Strong people management skills with a passion for developing teams

Resilient and agile; thrives in dynamic and changing environments

Forward-thinking and adaptable to evolving customer and team needs

Comfortable navigating complexity and ambiguity in operational challenges

IT literate – strong Excel and PowerPoint skills are essential

Experience interpreting and responding to data insights
