Key Responsibilities : Carry out electrical installations, repairs, and routine maintenance in residential and commercial settings Troubleshoot and resolve electrical faults with efficiency and accuracy Ensure all work is compliant with RECI standards and safety regulations Handle wiring systems, lighting installations, circuit breakers, and related electrical systems Work closely with fellow technicians and subcontractors to provide a smooth service experience Offer expert guidance to clients on safety improvements and system upgrades Keep clear, detailed records of work performed and materials used What We're Looking For : Minimum 4 years' experience in electrical work, ideally within the property services sector Solid understanding of electrical systems, blueprints, and health & safety practices Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team Great communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration Valid driver's license and access to reliable transport Skills : Maintenance Qualified Certifier RECI
