Contracts Manager

At Elk Recruitment, we are looking for a driven Contracts Manager to join our client’s growing team based in Dublin. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Contracts Manager to make a real impact in an innovative and growing organization.

Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage multiple contracts and frameworks simultaneously.
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients and local authorities.
• Manage both office-based and site-based personnel, as well as subcontractors.
• Oversee and contribute to the tendering process, including compiling tender packages and leading tender applications.
• Coordinate with various departments to gather the necessary information for tender submissions.
• Attend and lead client and stakeholder meetings on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Ensure all team members and subcontractors perform to the highest standards and in accordance with project requirements.
• Oversee procurement processes across multiple projects.
