Healthcare Assistants - Bluebird Care

Location : Longford, Roscommon, Westmeath

Pay : From €13.60 / hour, paid bi-weekly

Hours : Flexible, Mon-Sun, 8am-10pm

Job Types : Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

What You Need :

At least 2 QQI modules (Care Skills and Care of the Older Person) or 1 year's healthcare experience

Full driver's licence with your own transport

Proficiency in English (spoken and written)

Eligibility to work in Ireland

Willingness to undergo Garda vetting and a medical fitness check

Understanding of confidentiality and GDPR

The Role :

As a Healthcare Assistant, you will provide safe, compassionate care in clients' homes, supporting daily living, personal care, meal prep, medication prompts, and companionship. You will follow individual care plans, encourage independence, and report any concerns to ensure the best care for each client.
