Leadership
- Lead and manage teams across a number disciplines (Infrastructure, Database, Networks)
- Coordinates key operational and project workload for the team ensuring timelypletion in a progressive manner that biases lean approaches and continuous improvement
Infrastructure & Operations Management
Oversees key operational processes such as Vulnerability & Patch ManagementManage capacity planning, cost optimization and performance tuning of cloud resourcesBuild strong relationship with Platform Engineering team, enhancing handover processes to ensure smooth transition to operations team membersLead incident response and subsequent root cause analysis for infrastructure related issuesManage the migration of platforms to the managed cloud environment; collaborating with solution owners to ensure smooth transitionDevelop and maintain Disaster Recovery plans that match the appropriate Recovery Time Objective (RTO) and Recovery Point Objective (RPO) for each service. Ensure regular tests of associated plansWho You Are
