Position summaryReporting to the Fundraising Manager, Jigsaw's Fundraising Officer will be a central member of the fundraising team.

You will join a dynamic, fast-paced, innovative and award-winning team that is driven by a passion for raising funds to support children and young people (aged 12-25) struggling with their mental health.

This role will support the development and execution of Jigsaw's fundraising strategies, with a strong focus on supporter experience, retention, and cultivation, leading to increased lifetime value growth.

With a keen sense of the power of relationships, you will support our growing community of supporters across community, events and challenges and corporate audiences.  You will collaborate with colleagues to help deliver impactful, insight-led supporter care that inspires, engages, and grows our community of supporters.

You will also support the optimization of our CRM system (Salesforce), using data insights to increase our understanding of key supporter audiences, personalised donor journeys, and enhanced communications.Who we are Jigsaw is a mental health charity that provides free therapy and support services to children and young people (aged12-25) struggling with their mental health.

Deepening our relationships with donors driving increased retention, loyalty and income growth.  You will provide excellent supporter care to fundraisers across communities, events and challenges and corporate audiences.

You will work to create and build strong and lasting supporter relationships, growing engagement, connection and lifetime value.

You will be insight-driven and experienced in using data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement across all fundraising activities, leading to better audience profiling, segmentation, and targeting.

With a keen eye for results and impact, you will capture and communicate fundraising data in a clear manner that enables decision making quickly and effectively.

You will have experience managing supporter relationships through a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) platform and will contribute to Jigsaw CRM's development and data management plans in line with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) guidelines.

In line with the highest standards of supporter experience, you will work closely with colleagues in building and managing best in class supporter experience journeys focused on strong storytelling and two-way communications.

Internally, you will support internal colleagues and help promote a strong culture and understanding of the role of supporter experience and fundraising throughout Jigsaw.

Work collaboratively with other departments across Jigsaw and be a supportive and effective team member RequirementsKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED : Essential Criteria : A minimum of 3 years' experiences working within fundraising, community development, project management or a related area Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) Experience of working with a CRM system (Ideally Salesforce) The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and possess the skills to effectively work within cross functional teams in a collaborative environment You are insights-driven and are committed to quality, accuracy, and consistency Demonstrated ability to bring fundraising projects from strategy development through to execution, in line with fundraising income targets.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Experience working in a detail-oriented position Excellent organisation and time management skills Ability to communicate and collaborate with co-workers in a team-oriented environment Demonstrate initiative and drive for results.

Desirable Criteria : A 3rd level qualification in marketing or related field Experience in Salesforce is a distinct advantage Proficient in presenting and public speaking Previous experience in an NGO environment Full, clean driving license.

This role also requires the ability to travel for work and the willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends, as required.BenefitsSalary commensurate with qualifications and experience.
