Job Opportunity : Site Manager – Solar PV Construction

About the Role :

We are seeking a professional and dedicated Site Manager to oversee a major Solar PV construction project in Kilkenny, Ireland. This role is crucial in ensuring the successful delivery of a high-profile renewable energy initiative, contributing significantly to sustainable development.

Key Responsibilities :

Project Management :

Coordination : Oversee and manage all on-site activities, ensuring the project is executed according to plan. This includes scheduling, resource allocation, and task delegation.

Timeline Adherence : Ensure the project remains on schedule, meeting all critical deadlines and milestones.

Budget Management : Monitor project expenditures to stay within budget, making cost-effective decisions without compromising quality.

Team Leadership :

Problem-Solving : Address any issues or concerns raised by stakeholders promptly and effectively.

Quality Control :

Inspections : Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work meets specified quality standards and contractual requirements.

Qualifications and Experience :

Proven Experience : At least 5 years of experience as a Site Manager, specifically within the Solar PV construction sector.

Technical Expertise : In-depth knowledge of Solar PV construction processes, technologies, and best practices.

Leadership Skills : Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a diverse team, driving performance and achieving project goals.

Health & Safety Knowledge : Strong understanding of health and safety regulations, with a proven track record of maintaining safe work environments.
