  • Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, your primary responsibilities will include conducting both scheduled and on-demand service visits to thoroughly inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair compressed air and gas systems.
  • You will manage system installations, ensuring they meet stringent safety regulations, while accurately documenting your work using advanced digital tools.
  • As the key on-site expert, you will serve as the primary contact for our customers, providing expert advice that focuses on proactive service improvements and solutions tailored to their needs.
  • Utilizing your technical expertise, you will diagnose faults effectively, aiming to minimize and prevent equipment downtime, thus enhancing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • You will be expected to participate in on-call support as needed, promptly addressing urgent service requests and emergencies with professionalism.
  • To ensure continuous personal and professional growth, you will attend live technical training sessions as well as regular team meetings, sharing insights and best practices.
  • Through your role, you will embody the Atlas Copco brand, identifying opportunities for enhancement and delivering exceptional value to our customers at every interaction.

    • Proven hands-on experience in a field-oriented industrial, mechanical, or electrical engineering role.
    • A recognized mechanical or electrical qualification, or equivalent practical experience.
    • A strong technical mindset complemented by a commitment to safety in every aspect of your work.
    • An individual who excels in problem-solving, works autonomously, and is confident in communicating effectively with customers.
    • Familiarity with IT systems and an openness to learning new digital tools that enhance service delivery.
    • A valid UK driving license with no more than 3 points to facilitate your travel to customer sites.

      This exciting opportunity is based at our customer center in Ireland. You will be a key part of a dynamic field service team, working remotely and dedicating considerable time to traveling for customer visits within your assigned territory : Dublin / Leinster.
