Job description

A leading player in the industrial sector is seeking an enthusiastic Health, Safety, Environment & Quality Advisor to join its growing team. The business has built a strong reputation for safety, customer focus, and operational excellence. The Role : You’ll be responsible for supporting and developing a safe, high-quality working environment across multiple operational sites. This role is instrumental in ensuring compliance with industry standards and promoting a culture of continuous improvement. You'll work collaboratively with operational teams to maintain high standards and support key certifications. Location : Based in Dublin with regular travel to regional branches across Ireland. Key Responsibilities :

  • Promote best practices in health and safety, reducing incidents and improving compliance
  • Conduct regular audits and site visits to ensure standards are maintained across operational sites
  • Maintain and support accreditations such as ISO and sector-specific certifications
  • Drive improvements in HSEQ processes and procedures across the business
  • Stay updated with evolving legislation and ensure the business remains fully compliant Ideal Background :
  • Experience in quality and health & safety management within manufacturing, distribution, or construction environments
  • Familiarity with ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 and other relevant quality or safety standards
  • Strong interpersonal skills to influence, educate and engage staff at all levels
  • Proficient in MS Word and Excel, with strong attention to detail
