Maintenance Electrician

What you need to know : An Industry leader in environmental and infrastructure services is seeking a Maintenance Electrician based in Dublin 4. This full-time, Permannet on-site role offers the opportunity to join a well-established organisation delivering vital services across Ireland, with a strong focus on sustainability, operational excellence, and long-term partnerships Duties and responsibilities Electrical Maintenance & Installation : Troubleshoot, repair, install, and maintain electrical systems, components, and panels—including pumps, motors, VSDs, and communication systems. System Monitoring & Fault Finding : Use a methodical approach to diagnose faults in MV / LV AC and DC systems under pressure; interpret electrical drawings and document tasks in the CMMS. Preventative Maintenance & Technical Support : Manage preventive maintenance plans, perform inspections (e.g.

thermography, calibration), and contribute technical solutions to improve plant performance. Operational & On-Call Support : Provide electrical cover during plant operations, including startup and shutdown; participate in an on-call rota for out-of-hours support. Health & Safety Compliance : Follow safety regulations, maintain a clean and orderly workspace, and work safely at heights or in confined spaces when required.
