Principal Recruitment Consultant at Vantage Resources Solutions Architect – 6 Month Contract, Hybrid, Dublin What's Involved Lead the Architecture : Own and evolve the solution design across multiple workstreams including CRM, integration, and digital platforms.

Design Governance : Act as a design authority, reviewing and approving architecture and ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

Bridge the Gap : Collaborate with stakeholders across business and tech to translate requirements into actionable designs.

Mentor Others : Support junior architects and developers, encouraging best practices and knowledge sharing.

Improve Continuously : Drive architectural standards, documentation quality, and contribute to a culture of innovation.

What's Needed Architecture Experience : Background in enterprise or solution architecture within complex, multi-team environments.

Tech Know-How : Deep understanding of Azure, Dynamics 365, Dataverse, APIs, and integration patterns.

Framework Familiarity : Exposure to architectural frameworks like TOGAF, and experience in structured governance processes.

Strong Communicator : Able to clearly articulate designs and influence technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Great with Docs : Skilled in producing high-quality HLDs, LLDs, roadmaps, and architectural decision logs.
