We are looking for an Assistant Wedding Co Ordinator to join our outstanding wedding sales team in The Anglers Rest Dublin 15.
Whilst experience is an advantage, it is not essential. We are looking for a motivated self starter who is keen to wants to join an award-winning team & will provide on the job training.
Responsibilities
- To always deliver and exceed customer expectations.
- To provide wedding day set up & service to the highest standards.
- Support the wedding coordinator team & helping when necessary with timely response to all customers.
- To undertake site visits including evenings where necessary and weekends.
- To ensure that customer feedback is fed to senior management.
- To provide a 5 star service for all our wedding couples & their guests at all times.
- To attend any wedding fairs in house with senior management.
- To undertake any reasonable request made by Wedding or Sales Team.
Requirements
Previous experience is an advantage but is not critical.A background in hospitality is an advantage but not critical.Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly & outgoing personality.Excellent attention to detail.The ability to thrive under pressure.To fit seamlessly into a very busy environment.Evening & weekend work requiredBenefit
