Programme Manager - 12 month contract

We’re working with a leading technology team seeking a seasoned Programme Manager for a 12-month day rate contract based in Dublin West (hybrid model). If you’re an expert at leading complex tech programmes across cross-functional teams and driving meaningful change at scale, this role will put you right at the heart of transformation.

What You’ll Be Doing :

• Leading multiple interrelated projects across digital platforms with accountability for timelines, budget, and delivery outcomes.
• Engaging internal and external stakeholders to ensure programme alignment with wider business goals.
• Coordinating agile delivery teams, risk and issue management, and dependency tracking across a large-scale tech environment.
• Promoting continuous improvement and fostering innovation across delivery streams.

What You’ll Bring :

• 10+ years of experience in senior project / programme management roles within fast-paced tech environments.
• Demonstrated ability to drive results in matrixed, cross-functional setups.
• Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to lead through others and engage senior stakeholders.
• Proven track record managing Agile software delivery teams.
• A strategic mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities and a focus on long-term impact.
