Grade V Genetics Administrator Panel - Department of Clinical Genetics Dublin, Ireland All Contract Types, Permanent Who We Are (CHI) is leading on the clinical and operational transformation of acute paediatric healthcare and consists of hospitals at Crumlin, Temple Street, and Tallaght, as well as an Urgent Care Centre at Connolly Hospital in Blanchardstown.

Description Purpose of the Role The purpose of this post is to ensure a high standard of service delivery, optimize workflows, and contribute to the strategic objectives of the department through strong organisational, communication, and leadership skills.

To support the efficient operational management and coordination of regional genetics clinics by overseeing clinic scheduling, patient pathways, and administrative processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient-centered care.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience Successful completion of Leaving Certificate or equivalent Level 6 QQI qualification or higher Minimum of four years relevant experience in a healthcare setting, with at least two years at Grade IV Knowledge of hospital operational policies and procedures Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with patients, the public, staff, and management Understanding of confidentiality requirements for patients and staff Proficiency in IT, including Microsoft Office and ICT packages Experience in process improvement and technical / analytical responsibilities Ability to draw conclusions from data analysis Application Requirements Applicants must submit a cover letter outlining relevant experience demonstrating how they meet the essential criteria.
