Job description

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and maintenance ofplex data solutions that support business objectives .
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Architect scalable, efficient, data pipelines, data warehouses and data mesh solutions.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient scripts / SQL code following best practices and standards.
  • Mentor and guide junior data engineers, providing technical leadership and code reviews.
  • Drive the adoption of new technologies , tools, and processes to improve team productivity and system performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate applications with other business systems.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to rmend and implement innovative solutions.

Qualifications

Skills and Requirements :

  • 5+ years of professional delivering high performing data solutions, data warehouses, data marts etc.
  • Expertise working with platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and / or on-prem (MS SQL, Or acle, Python ).
  • Proficiency working with data tools / platforms (RedShift, Snowflake, Databricks, Informatica, SSAS etc.)
  • ETL / ELT Frameworks : Knowledge of data pipeline tools ( SSIS , Informatica, PySpark , DLT (Databricks Delta Live Table ) .
  • Excellent problem-solvin g and analytical skills.
  • Strongmunication and interpe rsonal skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Expertise with version control systems (, Git).
  • Experience with Property & Casualty Insurance is a plus.

    • Education :

  • Bachelor's degree inputer Science , Data Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
