Key Responsibilities : Provide proactive, face-to-face HR support and guidance to employees and management across all areas of the organisation. Deliver clear, engaging presentations and training sessions to communicate policies, system updates, and project outcomes. Lead and support HR projects and the successful introduction and implementation of new systems and processes within the organisation. Ensure full compliance with healthcare professional registrations (NMBI, IMC, CORU, etc.) and maintain accurate records to meet strict deadlines. Support employee relations processes, including investigations, disciplinary procedures, and conflict resolution. Coordinate and manage internal events, employee engagement activities, and wellbeing initiatives Maintain impeccable HR records and documentation with exceptional attention to detail. Collaborate with management to ensure HR best practices are applied consistently across all departments. Support talent management, recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives as required. Stay up to date with employment legislation and HR trends to ensure compliance and recommend improvements. Requirements : Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar HR role, ideally within a healthcare or similarly regulated environment. Project management skills with a successful track record of implementing new systems or processes and supporting end users Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines Impeccable attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy in all areas of work. Good knowledge and some hands-on experience in employee relations and HR compliance. Experience managing internal events and supporting employee engagement initiatives. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proactive, approachable, and professional manner. Strong understanding of compliance requirements, particularly healthcare professional registration deadlines. CIPD qualification or equivalent is desirable.
